Lapis Homes

I was recently represented by Kim Rossi in the purchase of my dream home! This milestone would not have been possible were it not for Kim's diligence and expertise. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kim, and would suggest her services to anyone looking to buy/sell real estate on Whidbey Island!

We moved here from California in 2020, and in spite of the adverse lock-down circumstances, Kim Rossi was diligent in helping us find our home with her invaluable local knowledge, cheerful personality and hard work. She encouraged us to consider aspects of buying a Whidbey property which hadn't occurred to us, and was always quick to respond to our questions and requests during the search with her characteristic good humor. As a result, we were confident in our final choice, and grateful for such a sure and steady guide along the way.

Best realtor you could ask for. Kim has an amazing personality. In our small area sends a thinking about you card and we’ve been in our home 9 years. Our buying experience (no part of Kim’s) was difficult and she helped us play hardball, gave us in’s and out’s for the area we didn’t know which made the transition from suburbia Seattle to rural Whidbey Island. I literally can’t give her anymore stars so 5 will have to do. 💜

Kim was great in helping us find our Whidbey Island home. Friendly and patient, she was always eager to show us properties. Her guidance and direction preparing our offer and after we got in contact was great. We appreciated her time and effort and valued her opinion. We will be referring our friends and family to Kim for help with their future home purchasing goals. Thanks Kim!

We have been super lucky to have Kim and our realtor in our search for a place on Whidbey. With Kim’s help, we were able to secure the place that checked all our wishlist , at a price within our budget, through a fairly smooth process, even as we were managing the purchase from another country. It felt like a miracle. Kim was also super resourceful in answering our 1001 questions about living on Whidbey, from technical questions about the house to Whidbey lifestyle and kids’ education. Super fast and straightforward communication, with a warm and sincere personality to boot :) We would highly recommend Kim for anyone looking to purchase real estates...

In 2018, I was searching to buy my first home by myself after my husband passed away. With amazing patience and grace, Kim listened to me and found the most perfect home for me. I couldn’t be happier and I have made a friend in Kim. Over the years, I’ve referred others to her because I know she can be trusted to do her best for each client. My best referral was last summer when my daughter moved to Whidbey Island. Again, being a knowledgeable professional, Kim helped my daughter and family find their first home to purchase. It is ideal for them in every way. Life is great on Whidbey Island! Thank you, Kim, for being instrumental in making that happen!
